設定資料（中文）：為了掌握強大力量而改造身體的改造型數碼獸。繼被改造成對空用的「百萬龍獸」之后，金屬巨龍獸作為用于對地迎擊數碼獸而被改造。強化的身軀可以反彈所有攻擊，強韌的下顎擁有無論多硬的裝甲都能咬碎的驚人攻擊力。必殺技是右臂發射的導彈「千兆破壞炮II」和左臂發射的能量彈「核子激光」。

設定資料（日文）：強力なパワーを身につけるため體を改造したサイボーグデジモン。対空用に改造された「メガドラモン」につづきメタルティラノモンは対地用迎撃デジモンとして改造された。強化されたボディーはあらゆる攻撃を跳ね返し、強靭な顎でどんなに硬い裝甲でも砕いてしまう凄まじい攻撃力をもつ。必殺技は右腕から発射されるミサイル『ギガデストロイヤーⅡ』と左腕から発射されるエネルギー弾『ヌークリアレーザー』。
